1. About us

This website is operated by YourCycle. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to YourCycle. By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We sell eco-friendly, sustainable personal care products and ship within the Netherlands and internationally where stated at checkout.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Eligibility

Our products and services are intended for individuals aged 16 and older. By using this website, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Orders & payment

All orders placed through this website constitute a legally binding purchase offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable Dutch VAT (BTW). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards.

5. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

We offer subscription plans that renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at nieyam@sparkle.life. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for the remaining period.

Free trials, if offered, are available to new customers only and limited to one per household. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the first paid period.

6. Delivery & shipping

We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet stated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee them and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

7. Returns & refunds

Under Dutch and EU consumer law (Richtlijn 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at nieyam@sparkle.life within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Sparkle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury, death, or fraud caused by our negligence.

If you experience irritation or discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

As a consumer in the EU, you may also make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
