We process and ship orders Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
We currently ship to: list countries / regions. We do not ship to any excluded regions at this time.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products fall into the hygiene and personal care category, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at nieyam@sparkle.life within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping fees are: refundable / non-refundable
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at nieyam@sparkle.life within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
